Overview
As a reminder, Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC (CMS) requires use of Computershare Trust Company, N.A. as the Custodian for all Non-QM Loan collateral package documents.
Correspondents must provide an original collateral package of all documents which include Original Note, Bailee Letter and Allonge, a Certified True Copy of the Mortgage (Deeds) and a complete Preliminary Title Report via insured courier, or overnight mail, for tracking purposes as follows:
