Carrington is preparing to accept appraisal files in UAD 3.6 ahead of the November 2, 2026 deadline.
UAD 3.6 introduces a significant change to appraisal reporting, replacing static forms with a dynamic report that adapts based on property type and lender requirements.
To ensure a smooth transition, Carrington will begin accepting UAD 3.6 appraisal submissions on October 1, 2026.
Effective October 15, 2026, all new loan submissions must include appraisals delivered in UAD 3.6 format.
