Overview
This announcement serves as a reminder that Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC (CMS) requires the use of Computershare Trust Company, N.A. as the custodian for all Non-Agency / Non-QM loan collateral packages.
All Correspondent Sellers must submit an original collateral package via trackable overnight delivery in accordance with the requirements outlined below.
Required Collateral Documents
The original collateral package must include the following:
- Bailee Letter
- Original Note
- Allonge (if applicable)
- Certified True Copy of the Security Instrument (Mortgage or Deed of Trust)
- Preliminary Title Report
Delivery Instructions
Collateral packages must be sent via insured courier or overnight mail for tracking purposes to:

Timing Requirement
The Collateral package must be delivered within 24 hours after delivery of the closed Mortgage Loan file.
