Mike O’Brien is the Vice President of Correspondent Sales for the Eastern Region at Carrington Mortgage Services. He has over 15 years of industry experience, including account management, business development, risk mitigation, secondary marketing, and operations. As the VP of Correspondent Sales, Mike is responsible for business development and growth in Carrington’s correspondent channel along the East coast.
Mike started his career in the mortgage industry as an Account Executive with Countrywide Correspondent Lending, building relationships with community banks nationwide and independent mortgage bankers throughout the East Coast and mid-west. He then continued his career as a correspondent sales executive with a focus in the Eastern region, growing his book of business along the way. Mike holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Marty Yocum is the Vice President of Correspondent Sales for the Central Region at Carrington Mortgage Services. He has over 23 years of industry experience, including Retail business development, Correspondent Account Executive, Correspondent Leadership and risk mitigation. As the VP of Correspondent Sales, Marty is responsible for Correspondent AE Management and the overall growth of the Central region.
Marty started his career in the mortgage industry as an loan processor/loan officer with Ford Consumer Finance and progressed to Correspondent Leadership at CitiMortgage, building relationships with mortgage bankers and credit unions nationwide. Marty served our country in the United States Air Force and holds multiple aeronautical FAA licenses. Marty attended the Community College of the Air Force as well as Troy State University.
David Villarreal is an Account Executive for Correspondent Sales for the Western Region at Carrington Mortgage Services. He has over 20 years of industry experience, and has held various sales and management positions for a number of established mortgage companies across the country. As an Account Executive, David is responsible for business development and growth with mortgage bankers and lenders in the western states to provide additional value through Carrington’s wide array of product offerings.
David started his career in the mortgage industry in 2001 with a large national lender, building relationships with mortgage brokers and bankers throughout Southern California and eventually into the Pacific Northwest. He transitioned into correspondent sales in 2013 with a focus on the entire Western region, cultivating relationships and accounts throughout the process. David attended the University of La Verne where he majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and was captain of the men’s water polo team. He is an active volunteer and water safety instructor with A Walk on Water (AWOW), a non-profit organization that utilizes surf therapy to help young children with disabilities. When he is not working, David enjoys spending his free time with his wife of over 10 years and their three beautiful children.

Jeanne’s well rounded understanding of the mortgage business can be credited to where her career path has taken her. Over her career, Jeanne has worked in retail as a Processor, held numerous positions in wholesale, as well as Relationship Manager Position in Correspondent. Working at small to mid-size brokerages, regional wholesales firms, to one of the largest banks in the country, Jeanne has gathered a tremendous level of experience over the years that serves her well today. That experience translates to a level of service that is second to none. Jeanne is a positive and enthusiastic member of the team, and valued by her clients.
Sedamar is a well-respected mortgage professional with over 21 years of experience in the Correspondent Lending channel. Over her career, Sedamar has held key positions spanning over many departments, including but not limited to; Post Close, Eligibility, Legal/Compliance and Client Relations.
This level of experience has provided Sedamar the knowledge and competency to be considered a true Subject Matter Expert in the correspondent business, as well as the Non-QM space. Throughout her career Sedamar has built a reputation as a knowledgeable professional who anticipates customer’s needs and places emphasis on client care.
